We use cookies to improve your experience and measure site traffic.

Details in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

    Cookie Policy

    1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small data file that a website places in your browser or on your device. With the help of cookies a website is able to remember certain information during a visit or between several visits. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in the same way: they store data on your own device.

Some of these items are necessary for the website to work properly, while others serve the analysis of usage, performance measurement or advertising purposes. Any item that is not strictly necessary for the operation of the website requires your prior consent.

    2. Why we use cookies

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

    • ensuring the basic operation of the website,
    • remembering your cookie consent choice,
    • statistical and traffic analysis purposes,
    • measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns,
    • protecting the quote request forms against automated submissions and abuse.

For every item that is not strictly necessary we ask for your prior consent, and we only activate it after you have given that consent.

    3. What types of cookies do we use?

    3.1. Necessary cookies

These items are needed for the basic and secure operation of the website. They include:

    • remembering your cookie consent settings,
    • supporting the technical operation of the site and of the forms,
    • protecting the forms against abuse (Google reCAPTCHA v2).

Without these the website cannot work properly, therefore we do not ask for separate consent for their use.

    3.2. Statistics cookies

These items help us understand how visitors use the website: which pages are the most popular, where visitors leave the site and which content works well.

For this purpose the website runs Google Analytics 4 (GA4) measurement, loaded through the Google Tag Manager container.

Statistics cookies and similar technologies are only used after your prior consent.

    3.3. Marketing cookies

Marketing items make it possible to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, in particular to see which advertisement led to a quote request.

For this purpose the website runs Google Ads conversion measurement.

The website does not use a Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any other social media tracking code. Marketing measurement is only activated after your prior consent; without consent no marketing tracking is started.

    4. Cookies and storage items actually used on this website

The tables below list, by category, the cookies and local storage items that this website actually places on your device. The items in the statistics and marketing categories are only created after you have given your consent: without consent the website loads no external measurement code and places no such cookie.

The exact scope and lifetime of the cookies belonging to Google services are determined by Google; the lifetimes shown above are the default values published by the provider. Details are available in Google's own privacy policy.

    5. Measurement and security solutions used on the website

    5.1. Consent management

On your first visit a consent bar appears where you can decide whether you allow statistics and marketing purposes. The categories can be allowed separately, nothing is pre-ticked, and refusing is just as easy as accepting.

Your decision is stored in the psh_consent cookie and local storage item together with a timestamp and a version number. The website also uses Google Consent Mode v2: the default signal of the measurement tools is denied, and it is only switched to granted for the categories you have allowed.

Your consent is stored exclusively on your own device; we do not keep a server-side consent log. If you delete the cookies and local storage of your browser, your stored decision is lost and the consent bar appears again.

    5.2. Google Tag Manager

The website uses a Google Tag Manager container to manage measurement tags. The container itself is a technical framework and does not place cookies on its own; the statistics and marketing tags loaded through it are only activated after the corresponding consent has been given.

    5.3. Google Analytics 4

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and analyse the use of the website: which pages are viewed, how much time visitors spend on the site and which paths they follow.

This is not necessary for the operation of the website, therefore the measurement code is only loaded after your consent to statistics purposes.

    5.4. Google Ads conversion measurement

The website uses Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether a visitor arriving from an advertisement completed a desired action, for example sent a quote request or a call-back request.

This qualifies as marketing measurement, therefore it is only loaded after your consent to marketing purposes.

    5.5. Google reCAPTCHA v2

The quote request forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v2, which filters out spam, automated submissions and abuse. The service is only loaded on pages that contain such a form, and it places cookies and storage items of its own provider.

This solution serves the secure operation of the website and the protection of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Details about the data processing of the service are available in Google's privacy policy.

5.6. Customer reviews and embedded content

The customer reviews shown on the website are stored in our own database and displayed as ordinary page content; no third-party review widget is embedded, therefore this does not involve any third-party cookie.

If a video appears in the gallery, it is embedded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not use cookies for advertising personalisation.

5.7. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools

For search engine optimisation and technical checks the website uses Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. These services only require a verification meta tag in the page source: they do not load any tracking code and do not place cookies in your browser.

    5.8. Cookie-free own event counter

Clicks on the telephone number are recorded by our own, cookie-free counter, which stores only the type of the event, the path of the page and the time. It does not use cookies and does not store an IP address, a user agent or any other identifier, therefore it is not suitable for identifying the visitor.

    5.9. Technologies not used

The website currently does not use a Meta (Facebook) Pixel, nor any other social media tracking code, heat map or session recording tool, and it does not place cookies belonging to such services. Should such a tool be introduced in the future, it would operate solely within the marketing category on the basis of prior consent, and this policy would be updated before its introduction.

    6. Lifetime of cookies

    Cookies may be:

    • session cookies, which remain active until the browser is closed,
    • persistent cookies, which stay on the device for a defined period.

Items stored in the browser's local storage have no expiry date: they remain on the device until they are deleted by you or by the website. The exact lifetime of each item is shown in the tables in section 4.

    7. Giving, changing and withdrawing consent

You can decide about statistics and marketing purposes on the consent bar that appears on your first visit. The consent:

    • is never pre-ticked,
    • can be given separately for each purpose,
    • can be changed or withdrawn at any time.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of the website. Withdrawing is just as easy as giving consent.

Withdrawal takes effect immediately: the website removes the statistics and marketing measurement codes from the page and sets the Google Consent Mode v2 signals to denied, therefore no new statistics or marketing cookie is created and no further data is transmitted. In addition, the website deletes the statistics and marketing cookies that were created earlier from your device (_ga, _ga_<measurement-id>, _gcl_au, and the _gcl_ls local storage entry). You can still delete cookies at any time in your browser settings (see section 8).

The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

    8. Cookie settings in the browser

Most browsers make it possible to manage, delete or block cookies and to delete the local storage of a website. Please note that if you block all cookies, some functions of the website may not work properly.

Changing the settings at browser level does not replace the consent management on the website, but it can be used as an additional option. The Cookie settings interface remains the primary point for managing your consent.

    9. Data transfers to third countries

Our aim is that data processing related to cookies takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA) wherever possible. In the case of certain measurement and advertising services (for example Google services) the provider may, however, also process data in the United States.

These transfers take place on the basis of a data processing agreement and the standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission. A copy of the documentation on these safeguards may be requested from the data controller. Further details are also available in the privacy policy of the given provider.

    10. Related data processing and your rights

The detailed rules of the data processing related to cookies and similar technologies are set out in the Privacy Policy of the website.

In connection with data processing related to cookies you are entitled, among others:

    • to request information and access to the data concerning you (Article 15 GDPR),
    • to request the rectification of your data (Article 16 GDPR),
    • to request the erasure of your data (Article 17 GDPR) or the restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
    • to data portability, that is, to receive the data processed on the basis of your consent in a structured, machine-readable format (Article 20 GDPR),
    • to withdraw your consent at any time (Article 7 (3) GDPR),
    • to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR),
    • to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or to turn to the courts.
